Welcome to the Indian River Clerk of Court’s First Online Foreclosure Sale

 

Dear Bidder,


On behalf of the staff of the Indian River County Clerk of the Courts office, we welcome you to the Clerk’s first online sale of foreclosed property and tax deeds. We appreciate your participation in this historic event, and hope you find the process easy to navigate.

The new Internet sale process is designed to ensure fairness and increase the number of potential buyers for each property. We believe this will be of benefit to bidders and property owners alike.

Please review the information about the procedures before getting started. It’s a good idea to read through the Frequently Asked Questions section. You are required to register before placing your bid, so be sure to complete the administrative portion first.

The online sale website at http://www.indian-river.realforeclose.com will officially open for registration and research on September 27th 2010. The site is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This offers you the opportunity to review relevant property information from the comfort of your home or office. Updated property information will be added to the web site as it becomes available, and you may place your bid at a time that is convenient for you.
